I specialize in habit change, engineered for real life.
Science is always changing. The latest fads, trends, & quick fixes make it even more frustrating. I keep up to date on the research, so you can stop trolling the internet and start making changes that LAST.
Hey there, I’m Sarah
I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach.
For more than 17 years, I’ve helped people turn health goals into practical, sustainable change. My work focuses on the space between knowing what matters for your health and figuring out how to make it happen in real life.
Before becoming a coach, I was a litigator. That background still shapes the way I work: I’m evidence-focused, direct, and good at helping clients sort through complexity without getting lost in noise, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking.
I came to coaching through my own health and life experiences, including cancer treatment and the long process of rebuilding trust in my body. I know what it feels like to want clear answers, practical support, and a plan that respects both your health and your actual life.
My coaching is not about extremes, quick fixes, or generic advice. Together, we identify what matters most, what is getting in the way, and what next steps are realistic enough to repeat. The goal is not perfection. The goal is meaningful change you can actually sustain.
I’ve got cred.
I’m certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and I’m a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach. I completed my health coach training at the Duke University Integrative Medicine Center, and am certified by Duke University as an Integrative Health & Well-Being Coach. I’m also certified by the NBHWC Certification Commission as a Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach - the highest standard for credentialing for health and wellness coaches in the United States.
